There goes my New Year’s resolution!
I don’t think there’s a combination I enjoy more than peanut butter and chocolate (well, I really like Kenan & Kel haha). I found this recipe HERE.


I did however make one small addendum to the original recipe — I didn’t have shortening so I just omitted that from the frosting recipe (and added more Earth Balance instead).
I ate the slice pictured above — it was so moist, so decadent, so rich! I love chocolate and it can be a bit harder to come by as a vegan (being that a lot of chocolate — even some of the darker persuasions — have milk in it).
